Old-school RTS meets Survivors-like: Welcome to the world of PESKY ORCS! Become part of an age-old conflict between bitter enemies: the kingdoms of Humans and Orcs! As a human general, you command your troops indirectly across the battlefield and try to hold out against the hordes of darkness for as long as possible. FIGHT! Your hero doesn't attack directly. Instead, you decide where your loyal troops move across the battlefield. Your soldiers, mages, and archers automatically attack anything that comes within reach of their swords, staffs, or bows. You can also unleash powerful special abilities at the push of a button – from protective shields and healing spells to mighty pillars of fire that melt Orcs where they stand. But beware: your enemies have a few tricks of their own and will send increasingly powerful creatures your way! COLLECT! Dodge enemy attacks, thrown axes, and summoned fireballs as you explore randomly generated maps and search for altars and treasures that give you an edge in the brutal fight against the monsters. Defeated Orc generals and particularly massive beasts also drop banners that let you summon reinforcements instantly – from simple foot soldiers to magic-wielding archangels. If you're especially lucky, you might even find one of dozens of costumes for your general to try out in your next run. BUILD! When your army inevitably falls to the bloodthirsty Orcs (it happens to the best of us!), your hero is revived at your home base: an idyllic medieval village. Invest your hard-earned gold in a variety of upgrades by constructing different buildings. These can help you start future battles with more soldiers, summon a spiky aura of thorns, or increase the rate of fire of all your units. Warning: Spend all your currency! Your next run starts without any savings – unless you've unlocked the appropriate inventions. … AND AGAIN! With every new run, you and your army grow stronger. Every attempt unlocks new content, including biomes, costumes, upgrades, and enemies. Warning: Highly addictive! Don't give up! One day, with tactical finesse and a healthy dose of grinding, you'll defeat the final boss: a terrifying ancient demon. And you'll become a legend in your kingdom!
