Do not use stolen cards, unauthorized accounts, falsified payment evidence, automated checkout abuse or attempts to redeem another customer’s code. Do not ask support to bypass payment confirmation or account ownership checks.
Order review and restrictions
Unusual sign-in or order activity may lead to additional checks, a fulfillment hold or a restriction on the affected account. Reviews should use information relevant to the transaction. If you believe a legitimate order has been affected, contact support with the order number.
Report an incident
Report unauthorized purchases, suspicious links or impersonation promptly. Keep relevant order references and redact sensitive information from evidence. Contacting the store does not remove your ability to contact your bank or exercise applicable dispute rights.
