Orders may be reviewed where payment authorization, account ownership or transaction details are inconsistent. The level of verification depends on the order and any requirements of the payment provider. This page does not mean that every customer must submit identity documents.
Safe handling of verification requests
Use only instructions linked to your order or an identified payment-provider verification process. Do not send identity documents, passwords, recovery codes or full card details through general chat, Telegram, WhatsApp or ordinary support messages. If a request seems unusual, verify it with the official support contact before sharing information.
Suspicious or restricted activity
Stolen payment methods, impersonation, attempts to conceal transaction ownership and other misuse are not permitted. An affected order may be paused or declined while it is reviewed. Relevant records may be retained or disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
