Automatic codes and manual services have different fulfillment times.

Products with ready digital inventory can be assigned automatically after confirmed payment and required order checks. Availability and the product’s stated delivery method determine whether automatic delivery is possible.
Manual fulfillment
Account products, account transfers, subscriptions and account top-ups may require manual processing. Follow the delivery estimate and instructions on the product or order page. Payment verification, missing information, stock or provider interruptions can delay fulfillment.
Tracking and delays
Sign in and check My orders for the current status. If the listed delivery window has passed, contact support with your order number. Do not place a duplicate order while the first one is being checked. No physical shipment is involved.
